Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil

We no longer sell Macadamia Nut Oil.
We all loved it here and made good things with it but it just did not sell.

We no longer carry MCT oil made from Palm Trees
because it is not sustainably gathered.
They are ripping up the planet and destroying forests and habitat of millions of animals
and we cannot support that.
We now carry something twice as expensive but good for the world too.
 And we have not doubled your price. We'll absorb the loss.

This oil is a medium chain fatty acid, but is not called MCT Oil. It is tasteless, odorless, and easy to digest. 

These oils are processed by the body differently than most oils, and supply both the body and the brain with energy that can be burned quickly. In other words, it is not readily stored fat (for you who want to keep your weight down).

There is research showing MCT oils help balance hormones and increase insulin sensitivity while supporting a healthy immune system. They are also anti-inflammatory

These oils are perfect for salad dressings, mayonnaise, and many people put up to a tablespoon in their morning coffee.

We have learned that you can cook with MCT oil, but deep frying should be kept under 400 degrees. We use them at no more than 350 degrees.
